We are looking for a creative and efficient individual to join our team as a Senior Partnership Success Specialist. This position will support Action Network’s partnerships program by onboarding new partners, providing technical support to ensure that our partners are using the tool successfully utilizing our support platforms Zendesk and Pipedrive, and assisting in recruiting new partners to the platform.
This full-time position will report to the Director of Partnerships. This is a remote position with no location requirement.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and respond to partner support and technical tickets via Zendesk.
Conduct toolset demos for potential partners, on-boarding, and trainings so they’re set up for long term success and retention.
Support tracking our engagement with potential and current partners.
Manage and track intake for new partnerships, including answering technical and strategic questions.
Develop relationships with our partners to ensure they have a good experience on the tool.
Answer questions from organizations interested in our tools, provide demos, and assist the team in recruiting new partners.
Stay up to date on new tool features and deployments.
Qualifications & Requirements
What you have
Experience with Action Network and/or similar email tools.
Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Interest in new ways of organizing, using technology, and building infrastructure for a long-term movement.
Prior experience with digital organizing and mobilizing for campaigns and advocacy programs.
Background in creating data reports and dashboards.
Creativity, critical thinking and a commitment to collaboration.
A belief in helping organizations achieve their goals and build power.
Experience with providing tech tool support, training, and on-boarding.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Pipedrive or similar customer support and sales track platforms.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, MS Access, MS SQL Server, and/or writing SQL queries a bonus.
An approachable & patient demeanor when working with team members internally and partners externally.
What You’ll Bring
5-7 years of experience in political organizing, sales, tech advocacy, customer support, or client services.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder projects with exceptional results.
2-5 years of sales/relationship management experience.
Experience with training and/or configuring SAAS software solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
