Wholesale Specialty Sales Support - Beyond Yoga

Quality, inclusivity, and attention to detail aren’t just catch phrases for us, we apply them to everything we do inside the company walls and out.</p><p>--------------------</p><p>Beyond Yoga's Wholesale team is growing and looking for a Full-time Wholesale Specialty Sales Support. Must be local to Culver City, CA.</p><p></p><p><b><span>WHAT YOU’LL DO</span></b></p><p></p><p><i>ATS Support:</i></p><ul><li>Review ATS daily; Create assets for sales representatives that are tailored to ats collections; Daily add/remove styles to JOOR as they come in/out of inventory; Update lead images in JOOR so high inventory styles are front facing; Identify low ats styles </li></ul><p></p><p><i>Open Order Report (OOR) management:</i></p><ul><li>Notify reps of issues that need attention; Communicate cancellations, shortages and shipping delays + send suggested replacement styles if needed to the rep</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Assist with order processing: </i></p><ul><li>Communicate and facilitate payment issues between account, rep, and customer service team.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>RA requests and Shipping Issues support: </i></p><ul><li>Help facilitate RA requests from accounts, Process RA with WAM, Help facilitate any shipping issues such as short shipments, wrong size sent or orders shipping to a wrong address.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Admin Projects Support:</i></p><ul><li>Help facilitate projects as they come in, such as adding leads to Salesforce</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Gratis Ordering:</i></p><ul><li>Facilitate all specialty reps’ gratis orders</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Marketing Assets Support:</i></p><ul><li>Coordinate seasonal marketing assets</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Seasonal Launch Support:</i></p><ul><li>Organize, box, ship SRS sets and/or swatches to reps in time for season launch; Facilitate checking back in SRS lines, Joor- uploading seasonal linesheets prior to season launch, managing images; Assemble, ship, and coordinate all seasonal assets to reps and accounts</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>WHO YOU ARE:</span></b></p><ul><li>1-3 years in wholesale apparel industry</li><li>Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong experience with JOOR, NuOrder, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Salesforce</li><li>Ready to travel to tradeshows when safety protocols permit</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>COMPENSATION & PERKS:</span></b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Benefits including Health, Dental, Life Insurance, etc.</li><li>401(k) with company matching</li><li>Paid Time Off + Annual Holiday PTO (position dependent)</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><b><span>EOE M/F/Disability/Vets</span></b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2><b>LOCATION</b></h2>USA, Culver City, Beyond Yoga HQ<h2></h2><h2><b>FULL TIME/PART TIME</b></h2>Full time<h2><a target="_blank" href="https://wd5.myworkday.com/levistraussandco/d/task/1422$1710.htmld"><span class="emphasis"><b>Current LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.</b></span></a></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>
